3.1. Manoli Hotels processes the personal data of Users for different purposes depending on the procedures carried out on the Website. Below, we indicate the specific purposes for which we process Users’ personal data, as well as the legal basis that legitimises their use in each case:

(a) Contracting our services and managing bookings.

Legal basis: Execution of pre-contractual measures and of the subsequent contract and legitimate interest of Manoli Hotels. Refusal to provide personal data for these purposes will make it impossible to process and manage your reservations properly.

When you make a reservation request in our hotel establishments, through the completion of forms and the acceptance of the corresponding box, Manoli Hotels may process your personal data for purposes related to the provision of the service: sending electronic reminders in the event that you have begun the contracting process without completing it, managing the contracting, invoicing and provision of the contracted services, analysing possible fraud and fraudulent activities (including money laundering and terrorist financing), dealing with your queries and requests, carrying out quality or satisfaction surveys, communicating with you in relation to the contracted services, and exercising and defending legal actions that assist Manoli Hotels.
