Palmera Beach Apartments, located south of the Costa Blanca, with a privileged seafront (100 meters by stairs from Barranco Rubio beach and 400 meters without stairs from Palmeras beach) is also very close to five spectacular golf courses.

They have two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen equipped with an electric hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, full bathroom and a large terrace.
The apartment is complemented with air conditioning-individual heating, telephone and television.

On the ground floor of Palmera Beach you can find the Palmera Buffet restaurant (out of service), Irish Tavern Irish pub, seasonal swimming pool for adults and children, garden areas, free parking area, laundry and reception, where they can help you with everything related to active tourism such as sailing, golf and hiking. Free Wi-Fi at reception.

Standard apartments

Ideal for families, capacity up to 5 people.
Includes a sofa bed in the living room.

Corner apartment

With twice the terrace than the rest of our apartments and with direct views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in from 16:00 to 23:00.

Check-out at 10:00.

Late check-out supplements: Until 15:00; €20, until 18:00; €25.

Always under availability. Ask at reception the afternoon before your departure.

All guest over 14 years of age must present their ID card/passport on arrival.

Key collection for all the apartments at the Palmera Beach Apartments reception (Avda. de Francia s/n Urb. Mil Palmeras).

Services:

Bed linen and towels included. Extra cleaning under supplement, cot under supplement and availability.

Reservations with dogs are only accepted upon prior request and confirmation by the hotel. Only dogs up to 10 kg in weight are allowed. Maximum 2 per flat with a supplement of 10 €/pet and night. Flats are limited for stay with pets.

Deposits:

The client must deposit €100 (€200 for Palmera White Apartments) on a credit card upon arrival as a guarantee against possible damages that could be caused in the apartment or the inventoried objects.

This amount will be returned, if applicable, at the client’s departure and once the apartment has been checked.

In relation to the Jessica and Riviera apartments, this amount will also cover loss or breakage of keys.

Hairdryer, toaster and kettle on request at the hotel reception. At Jessica and Riviera they are available on request at the reception and a refundable deposit of 20€ is required.

General conditions and cancellation policy:

The conditions applicable to each reservation — including cancellation, modification, payment, and refund policies — are subject to the rate selected at the time of booking.

During the booking process, the specific conditions associated with each rate type (non-refundable, flexible, etc.) will be displayed.
We recommend reading them carefully before confirming your stay.

In case of a NO SHOW, the reservation deposit will be retained by the company.

By completing the reservation, the guest expressly accepts the terms corresponding to the selected rate.

Customer request are met but specific apartment is not guaranteed.
